MACCS Overview

MACCS was established in 1994 with the sole remit of identifying new opportunities for marine civil engineering contractors, dredging contractors, and marine consultants. Even today the remit remains; that of sourcing new business opportunities.

MACCS coverage is global.

MACCS tracks multi-million dollar marine and coastal construction projects from the very moment of inception right through to contract award.

MACCS identifies and monitors those projects that are likely to generate a demand for any form of marine consulting/construction service and/or equipment. Anywhere, in fact, where 'water meets land' and marine consultants and/or contractors are required.

MACCS provides market intelligence and sales leads to business development departments. It is, therefore, orientated more towards new projects than monitoring the progress of projects which have already been awarded. However, the service still tracks projects where there is a sub-contract opportunity for dredging or marine construction work.
